Spedizioni Italia

Il servizio di spedizione avviene sempre con corriere espresso con consegna prevista da 1 a 3-4 giorni (isole) al costo di euro a 5,90 euro. Usufruiamo dei servizi di tre corrieri per la consegna a domicilio. 

GLS o SDA: consegna a domicilio (1 tentativi di consegna). Con GLS Flexi potrete prima della partenza - al ricevimento del messaggio del corriere - o nei 5 giorni successivi modificare il punto di consegna o la data.

PUNTI RITIRO: opzione per chi non è sempre a casa, non ha portineria o comunque preferisce ritirare comodamente il pacco in un punto ritiro.

PUNTO POSTE: ufficio postale o negozio convenzionato per ritiro Poste/SDA (diffuso in moltissimi comuni).

UPS ACCESS POINT:  punti affiliati UPS (cartolerie, tabaccherie, punti di logistica etc.) vicini alla propria abitazione. OCCORRE RITIRARE IL PACCO ENTRO 7 GIORNI. UPS al proprio domicilio: 10 euro solo su richiesta e integrazione di spesa.

Al momento dell'evasione dell'ordine, riceverete il tracking sia via sito (controllate sempre anche la cartella Spam o Promozioni) sia via corriere.

International Shipping

International shipping is via UPS express courier or POSTAL SERVICE. 

EUROPE: home delivery 15 euros - UPS OR POSTAL SERVICE WITH SIGNATURE (if the carrier doesn't find you at home he leaves the package in a point for 10 days. You have to pick up it in time or the package will re-ship to the sender and you have to pay another shipment or you'll lost the order).

Europe: delivery to UPS Access Point (a pick up point near home) 10 euros. You have to collect the package in 7 days. Please if you live in a small village, check locator here before the order. If the village hasn't a point UPS we'll ship with postal service. If the package returns to sender (because you don't pick up the package in time) you have to pay another shipment or you'll lost your order.

POSTAL SERVICE

Due to continuous prices increase, especially fuel costs, we have introduced a flat rate of 14 euros for these countries (Extra UE): US, CANADA, JAPAN, HONG KONG, CHINA, TURKEY, ISRAEL, ICELAND, SWITZERLAND, KOREA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

You have two choices: Ups express service (3-5 days) with a usual rate (with recent increase) or a new cheaper delivery service. It is a postal service, with a tracking number (you can check the status in USPS website, for example, if you live in America or in parcelsapp). The service is for small packages (max 2 kg) and takes normally 10-12 days to make the delivery. Please note: the traceable service needs signature. If the carrier doesn't find you at home he leaves the package in a postal office and you have to pick up it by 10 days or the package will return to the sender and you have to pay another shipment or you'll lost the order. If you prefer a not traceable package, without signature, please write an email.

Rest of the world:

You have two choices: Ups express service (5-7 days) with a usual rate (+ increase, normally 36-38 euros) or a new cheaper delivery service: 19 euros. It is a postal service, without tracking number. We can show only the document of departure. The service is for small packages (max 1 kg) and takes normally 20 days to make the delivery.

Duties & taxes

For European countries, no duties or taxes are applied to customers.

For non-EU countries, if import duties are applied, they are charged to the recipient. In our experience, for purchases comparable to the average expenditure of this e-commerce, duties are applied in Canada (also for low purchases) and sometimes in South America. Duties are never applied in US.
